Laundry World operates Laundry World. This policy explains what information we collect from customers, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our stores, our website, and our email and text messaging programs.
We share information with service providers who help us operate: our point of sale and payment processors, our marketing and messaging providers, and our website and app hosting providers. They may use the information only to perform services for us.

We keep your consent record for as long as you are opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can prove that consent existed and that your opt-out was honored. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so that a number that asked to stop is never texted again by mistake.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing. Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
