Laundry World operates a text messaging program for Laundry World (the "Program"). We send account and order notifications, pickup and delivery updates, loyalty and rewards messages, and occasional promotions from Laundry World.
You join the Program on a dedicated text message sign-up form. That form exists only to collect text message consent. It is not part of checkout, account creation, or any purchase, and completing it is never required in order to buy anything or to receive any service.
Marketing consent is collected on its own separate, unchecked checkbox that applies only to promotional messages, and it is never bundled with any other consent. Where we also offer account and service messages, those are collected on a second, independent checkbox that you may accept or decline on its own. No box is pre-checked, and no box is required.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll.
Replies may be generated by an automated AI assistant. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, and we will connect you with our team.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for each message you send or receive, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one final confirmation message and then stop. You can rejoin at any time by signing up again or by replying START.

The Program is supported on most major United States mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
